PlexiDev provides web design and development services as described on our website. Scope, timeline, and price for each engagement are agreed before work begins.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through an enabled payment gateway. Prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.

Upon full payment, ownership of the deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you, excluding any third-party or open-source components which retain their original licenses.

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, or use them for unlawful purposes.

PlexiDev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
