Refund Policy

We want you to be confident working with us. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
1. Before work begins
If you cancel an order before we have started work, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.
2. Work in progress
If work has already started, we refund the unused portion of the engagement, calculated against the milestones completed at the time of cancellation.
3. Completed and delivered work
Once a project has been delivered and accepted, payments are non-refundable. We do, however, include a 30-day post-launch support window to resolve any defects.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email hello@plexidev.dev with your order number. We review every request within 3 business days.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your provider (Stripe or PayPal), funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
